Dr. Roseann Capanna-Hodge, Ed.D., LPC, BCN, is a licensed professional counselor, certified school psychologist and board-certified neurofeedback specialist with more than 30 years of experience helping dysregulated kids and their families. She is the author of The Dysregulated Kid (Page Two, 2026), host of the Dysregulated Kids podcast and founder of The Global Institute of Children's Mental Health.

Dr. Roseann is the creator of Regulation First Parenting® and the CALMS® Dysregulation Protocol®, a nervous-system-first approach to meltdowns, anxiety, ADHD, OCD and emotional dysregulation. From her Ridgefield, Connecticut practice she has interpreted more than 10,000 QEEG brain maps and integrated neurofeedback, PEMF, nutrition and co-regulation into care for children and teens. Her podcast has more than 2 million downloads, and she has been featured by Forbes, The New York Times, NBC, FOX, CBS, Parents and ADDitude. She is also a TEDx speaker and a mom of two neurodivergent sons.
